4. Narrative: I SPOKE WITH [blacked out] ON MONDAY 16OCT95 AT 1915 HRS. AT THE SCENE ON BRANDON STATION CT. [blacked out] STATED THAT HE WORKED AT THE [blacked out] IN GREENSBORO. [blacked out] SAID HE HAD GOTTEN OFF WORK ON 09OCT95 AND HAD STAYED OVER AND WORKED A WHILE LONGER THAT DAY. ON HIS WAY HOME HE PASSES BY BRANDON STATION COURT SAID THAT HE WASN'T EXACTLY SURE WHAT TIME IT WAS WHEN HE DROVE BY BRANDON STATION COURT ON HIS WAY HOME BUT A GOOD APPROXIMATE TIME WOULD BE 1840 TO 1845 HRS. [blacked out] SAID HE WAS DRIVING SLOW AND WAS LOOKING FOR DEER IN THE FIELD AROUND BRANDON STATION COURT, HE SAID THAT AS HE PASSED HE SAW A DARK COLORED GM CAR SITTING ON BRANDON STATION COURT, SAID HE THOUGHT THE CAR WAS DARK BLUE AND THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN A CAMERO BECAUSE OF HOW THE BACK GLASS WAS AND THATS THE WAY A CAMEROS GLASS LOOKS. I ASKED HIM TO SHOW ME EXACTLY WHERE THE CAR WAS AND WE WALKED TO THE DRIVEWAY AND POINTED OUT THAT THE CAR WAS SITTING AT THE DRIVEWAY OF PATRICIA KIMBLES HOUSE ON BRANDON STATION COURT, ADDED THAT IT WAS GETTING DARK AND THAT HE COULD
SEE THE LIGHT FROM THE SUB-STATION. ALSO SAID THAT HE DID NOT SEE ANYONE AROUND THE CAR AND THAT HE HAD STARTED TO STOP AND ASK WHO EVER LIVED IN THE HOUSE IF HE COULD HUNT DEER AROUND IN THE FIELDS, BUT HE DIDN'T AND WENT ON DOWN HIGHWAY 22.
 

[blacked out] SAID THAT HE HAD WENT THROUGH THE ROAD BLOCK WE HAD SET UP ON HIGHWAY 22 AND THOUGHT THAT HE WOULD STOP AND TELL SOMEONE ABOUT THE CAR HE SAW. [blacked out] SAID THAT HE WAS FROM OHIO AND HAD BEEN IN NORTH CAROLINA WORKING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND WAS THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO NORTH CAROLINA.
